The hotel is close to the main train station, a convenient feature.

The room lacked basic amenities , such as a kettle or mini-fridge. I found only two large shower towels. No hand towels were available at the sink. The staff member at check-in seemed uninterested in assisting me.

street noiseno kettle

the room was small. a lot of noise came from the street, and the window did not block it. the air conditioning did not work, and i could not adjust the temperature. also, there was no kettle in the room for making tea, which i WOULD HAVE appreciated.

the hotel location is convenient to the main train station. tram lines are very close too. the staff offered early check-in, a kind gesture. i appreciated the free public transportation pass for buses and trams.

the room lighting was quite dim. i found it hard to relax in the evenings. the extractor fan in the bathroom was non-functional. this caused some humidity issues.
